Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• To guarantee your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the wedding or event date.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

2. Hair Extensions

• Clip-in extensions are provided by Lizz Davies at the trial and are available to purchase if using for wedding hairstyles.
• Trial price does not include any installations (e.g., sew-ins, crochet installs).
• We will not work with poor quality hair extensions or greasy/dirty hair. Clients are responsible for ensuring hair is clean and of good quality.

3. Additional Stylists

Bridal bookings of 5 or more clients will require an additional stylist. Travel and accommodation costs for the additional stylist will also apply and must be covered by the client.

4. Travel & Location Fees

• Travel costs are calculated at 50p per mile from N16 (London, UK) and are not included in the base service price.
• London congestion charges and parking fees are payable by the client.
• For destination weddings, all travel, accommodation, connection transportation, and any required Covid-19 tests must be paid by the client.

5. Early Start & Waiting Fees

• Any start time earlier than 6:00 AM will incur a £50 fee, except in situations where accommodation is booked for the stylist the night before.
• If the hairstylist has to wait more than 30 minutes to begin styling, a waiting fee of £30 will be charged.

6. Number of Clients

Hair will only be styled for the parties paid for in advance. No addition of clients can be made on the day. Please ensure all attendees requiring services are included in your booking.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

The 50% retainer fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. This secures your booking date and compensates for declined bookings on that date.

8. Hair Trials

Hair trials are highly recommended and must be booked separately. Trials allow us to understand your vision and ensure we achieve your desired look on your special day.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure hair is clean, dry, and product-free before the appointment.
• Provide accurate headcount and timing information well in advance.
• Ensure adequate space, lighting, and seating for styling.
• Communicate any allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.

10. Liability

Lizz Davies is not liable for any allergic reactions or damage caused by pre-existing hair conditions, poor quality extensions, or failure to disclose allergies. Clients must inform the stylist of any known sensitivities before services are rendered.

11. Changes to Terms

Lizz Davies reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
